Association members meet quorum, approve cut budget

For the first time in several years, the Student Association approved its annual budget before the start of the academic year.

In previous years, the association failed to meet quorum.

Dylan Kosaski, president of the Student Association, said it had been one of his goals to meet quorum for the summer retreat. Only five members were not in attendance at the meeting.

Members also elected Andrew Rexford as legislative director and Daniel Chapman as parliamentarian.

A resolution was also passed to give $5,000 to go toward a freak show in Student Life’s “50 Fest” to be held in September.
