Minor in Possession
At 12:45 a.m. March 19, University Police observed a man near the entrance of the town homes digging in his backpack. While bent over and searching, he fell over several times. When approached, he smelled strongly of alcohol, and Mobile Medical Response was called to take him to the hospital. He was also cited for minor in possession.

Larceny
At 8:37 p.m. March 16, a 20-year-old male student reported that he dropped his wallet at the POD in Curtiss Hall. It is still missing.

At 4 p.m. March 21, a 20-year-old female student reported that while studying in Albert E, she got up and left her things at the table. When she returned, her jacket and keys were missing.

Destruction of Property
At 9 a.m. March 22, a custodian reported that over the last several weeks, they have been cleaning red lipstick off of the mirrors in the women’s restrooms in Gilbertson. They said that the messages are political in nature, as some the writing stated: ‘question authority.’

Marijuana
At 12:26 a.m. March 17, a routine traffic stop was made by the Saginaw Township Police in which they called University Police to handle regarding possession of marijuana. When approached, the vehicle smelled of marijuana, and the 22-year-old driver admitted to smoking. He said a family member gave it to him. The situation was turned over to Student Conduct Programs for resolution.
