Threats
At 11:45 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9, three female students reported their 27-year-old female co-worker at Papa John’s was threatening them after learning they had made disparaging comments about her. The 27-year-old woman has since quit her job.

Telephone Harassment
At 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, an 18-year-old male non-student reported receiving several phone calls from a restricted number while visiting his girlfriend at her on-campus dorm. The caller made several vulgar remarks and left a voicemail message.

Minor in Possession
At 12:34 a.m. Friday, Dec. 11, officers were called to the First Year Suites regarding 10 underage students who were drinking alcohol. One student admitted to drinking, and the case has been turned over to Student Conduct Programs for resolution.

At 10:35 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, officers were called to Living Center North to meet with Residential Life staff members regarding a noise violation. Two 18-year-old female students were present, and both admitted to drinking. The situation was turned over to Student Conduct Programs for resolution.

Harassing Communications / Trespassing
At midnight Tuesday, Dec. 8, officers were called to Living Center North, where an 18-year-old female student reported that an 18-year-old male non-student — found to be previously banned from campus — was harassing her. The male was found in the building, and the case has been turned over to the Student Conduct Programs for resolution.

Domestic Violence

At 12:12 a.m. Monday, Dec. 14, officers were dispatched to defuse an argument between two students in a parking lot. The students were separated. Later, at 2:08 a.m., officers were called to University Village, where the same two students were chasing each other. A 22-year-old male student was arrested on charges of domestic violence and disorderly conduct.

Larceny
At 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, a 22-year-old male student reported his wallet fell out of his pocket in the Zahnow Library. Some of the student’s friends saw another student pick up the wallet; when they asked the other student to return the wallet, the student refused. The wallet was later returned to the 22-year-old male student.

Simple Assault
At 10 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, officers were called to Living Center North because a 19-year-old male student and an 18-year-old female student were involved in altercation, which arose after the female student slapped the male student when he tried to leave the building. The male student then grabbed the female student and threw her against the wall. She went to her bedroom, and the male student left the building. The situation is being handled internally.
